Bayou City Blessings in a Backpack

Provides weekend food to children in the greater Houston area who are at risk of going hungry.

Camp Blessings

Makes summer camp available to children with special needs whose challenges prevent their participation elsewhere.


Provides emotional, educational and practical support to families of children with cancer. Candlelighters partners with families and shares their journey as they battle the disease and the tremendous financial burden they inherit immediately upon diagnosis.

A Children's House for the Soul

Encourages and unites children and their families affected by skin disease and birthmarks by providing social, emotional and spiritual support through small group gatherings with facilitated discussion, therapeutic activities, fellowship and special events.


Provides technology and education directly to underserved youth to broaden the skills and opportunities for children to succeed.

EZ Kids Creativity Shell

Teaches sewing and textile classes to students in public libraries, schools and shelters that rescue children from homelessness and human trafficking, and inspires the next generation of makers.

Freedom Place

Serves as a recovery center for underage female victims of domestic child sex trafficking which offers a successful path to freedom for children who have suffered as victims of commercial sexual exploitation.

Project Joy & Hope

Enhances the quality of life of children with terminal conditions, and supports their families through community awareness, education, and program and resource development

Spring Spirit

Provides a safe pathway for youth to realize life opportunities through sports, education and mentoring programs.

Workshop Houston

Provides youth with creative, technical and educational resources through music production, dance and performing arts, academic enrichment and fashion and graphic design


Provides a unique opportunity for young artists to write, discuss ideas, and perform. Iconoclast seeks to nurture improbable friendships that span the boundaries of race, religion, socio-economics and ethnicity, and give a platform to the art that emerges.

Homemade Hope

Through a unique program focused on the culinary arts, Homemade Hope brings a taste of home to homeless and at-risk children living in Houston’s shelters and transitional living centers fostering creativity, developing life skills and nurturing every child’s belief that life has hope.  

Hunt with Heart

 Empowers and enhances the lives of young people battling severe, life altering or life threatening illness through the power of the outdoors.
